This project is about going to a location in Carlisle and doing some artwork. Going to any area from where I am in this project and what to draw, is using whatever kind of art material I like, (pen, pencil, colouring pencil/pen, computer art, printing, etc…) which is good. I’ve be doing this project for three weeks and the good bit is we don’t have to make a final piece in any of them. I can do as many drawings as I can in any sizes (A1 to A6) and in any kind of paper I'm allowed to take. Including, taking photos of the location, my tutor Dwayne would like me to have confidence in going to these locations and hang around while doing the artwork. I start by taking some photos of the location I've been to. The location I've been going to in Carlisle is the Market Hall. I start doing some drawing with A6 paper, and building it up to get to A1 in any kind of paper (white and black, and coloured (red, blue and yellow). And the art materials I used were of pen (including colouring pen), pencil (including colour pencil), charcoal (red, black and white) and white-tip pen to try out new things and experiment new techniques. I got to do the drawings from A6 as far as A3 sizes, by the end of the project. Created most of the drawing was difficult because when you in a town or village and you draw something what's front of you (what's happening in the scene), where there'll be a lot of people going by. Some people will stay for a little while but, then leave, so you'd have to remember the people who were around. It makes it a little more tricky after they're gone, so I did my best to fill in the blanks with my best guesses. When I showed my tutor Dwayne, there was some good feedback of what I've done in this project. He said I've made experimental and interesting artwork, but I somehow forget to take any photos of where the drawings I've done as evidence. In every drawing I've been putting my signature and date, which I'm told is not needed.

This was a lesson learned here.
